YOP141: Business Mindset Alchemist with Holly Worton

By | Podcast Episode | No Comments

I’m Holly Worton, business mindset alchemist.

I know what you’re thinking…what the hell is a business mindset alchemist? Well, it’s a fun way of saying that I help women entrepreneurs achieve their big business vision and create a dream business that fits in with their ideal lifestyle by helping them to transform their business mindset at the subconscious level.

What does that mean?

Well, it means that I help women identify exactly what their big business vision looks like, and how it fits into their ideal lifestyle. I help them get clarity on exactly what they want, and what might get in the way of them achieving that goal. This could be fears, blocks, limiting beliefs, past trauma…all kinds of things. Then – and this is where the magic comes in – I help them transform their fears, blocks, and beliefs at the subconscious level using a technique called PSYCH-K.

Is that like NLP?

Not quite, but it’s that kind of thing. I’ve also trained in NLP, and I find PSYCH-K to be quicker, easier, and super effective. I originally trained in PSYCH-K for personal use, and once I saw how quickly and easily it changed my life, I realized I had to add it to my business. I love this work!

I’ve been in business since 1999.

My first business was in the hospitality industry: a highly successful group of eco hotels in southeast Mexico, which we later expanded to South America. I ran this business with a partner for just over ten years, leaving in 2009 to embark on new adventures. This is where I got all of my practical business knowledge and online marketing skills. It was a very frustrating (I always felt like I had no idea what I was doing) and highly rewarding (we provided an amazing experience for our guests, and worked with a truly remarkable team of people) experience, and I’m so grateful for all I learned.

Then I took an extended sabbatical as I tried to figure out what I wanted to do next. I knew I had to remain self employed, but I had no idea what I wanted to do. I eventually ended up living in London, where I trained as a coach and set up a business as a life coach.

This is where it got murky.

You see, I had all that practical business and marketing experience that most coaches don’t have. I had gone through a fantastic coaching training, so I had the coaching skills. On paper, it all sounded perfect. I had no excuses, nothing standing in the way of quickly and easily creating a successful coaching business.

Except I did. All of my “stuff” started to come up. All the crap: my fears, blocks, and limiting beliefs. All that “I’m not good enough” and “No one will like what I do” stuff. And there was so much of it. It kept me paralyzed and it kept me playing small. I took action to grow my business, but it was a long, slow, arduous process. I was simultaneously trying to market myself and stay invisible.

You know what I’m talking about, don’t you? I’ll bet you’ve been there at some point.

I really struggled, signing up for new ecourses and coaching programs and mentoring groups. I continued to focus on the practical bits of the business, not realizing that it was my mindset that was holding me back. I kept pushing those fears down and hoping I could stomp them to death with my new expanded knowledge.

But it doesn’t work that way, and fortunately I found the solution.

In 2013, after much frustration with some issues I’d been struggling with for years, I trained in a technique called PSYCH-K®. I’d been investing a lot of money in holistic therapy like Theta Healing, hypnotherapy, and NLP, and not getting great results. PSYCH-K® was highly recommended to me by a friend, so I did the basic workshop so I could learn it for personal use and get to the bottom of my personal issues.

Little did I know that it would end up transforming not only my life, but my business as well.

It was so hugely effective that I trained in the PSYCH-K® advanced level just a couple of months later. And my mind was blown by the amazing new balances that we learned. I continued to shift all kinds of limiting beliefs, fears, and blocks that came up as I ran my business. In 2014, I trained in the PSYCH-K® health and wellness program and my love for the technique increased to a whole new level. I learned new balances that have helped me shift huge things in my life.

To put it in a nutshell, PSYCH-K® has made my life a whole lot easier.

Whenever my “stuff” comes up, I just shift it using PSYCH-K® balances. I knew I had to share this amazing technique with others.

I’m confident that if this technique worked for me, it will work for you too. Why? Because I’ve worked with enough people using this tool, and I’ve seen them experience the same profound results that I have.

One of the things I love about PSYCH-K® is that it’s a do with process, not a do to process. I’m not an expert; I’m a facilitator. You do all the work, and I guide you through the process. We’re partners in your transformation.

It’s time to let go of all that “stuff” that’s holding you back. You know what I mean, don’t you? The “stuff” that comes up when you’re running your business: the fears, blocks, and limiting beliefs. They can be paralyzing, can’t they?

But here’s the thing: it’s easy to transform your beliefs.

I work with women entrepreneurs like you who struggle to achieve their big business vision. Maybe you’re not making as much money as you would like. Perhaps you’re afraid that you’re just not good enough, and that no one will value what you have to offer. Or maybe you’re just feeling stuck.

And here’s the thing: no matter how much work you do at a conscious level, it’s your subconscious who’s really in charge. So whatever you do to transform your beliefs needs to happen at this deeper level.

I can help you make this happen.

I’m very intuitive, and my Zone of Genius is helping entrepreneurs quickly get to the root of their business blocks, so we can easily release them, helping you move forward effortlessly.

Are you ready?
